This blog is to help those who are beginning their journey into the extremely complex world of bread, pizza, and pastry baking. I'm a beginner myself and make no claim to being an expert on the subjects I post about (hence the bush league reference). This is also my first attempt at "blogging", so take it easy on me.
In this blog you'll see my successes and failures and I hope you may gain a little knowledge from both. I encourage you to try the things I have and give me your first hand feedback and tips. What worked for you? What didn't?
Bottom line: We're here to make some good food and have fun doing it.
